1. What is the best local enviroment to use with PrestaShop?
(My idea of best is the one that is easy to install on Windows and then set up PrestaShop on it)

2. In case I need to create a testing version of an existing website, do you suggest to:
— create a local copy
— create an on-line copy

3. Your explanations about changing the database parameters are valid in the same way when you move a copy from online to local and from online to online?
