I guess try to remove the avalaratax module, just rename the folder and see what happens

you tutorials have been fantastic! i am using Prestashop 1.6.1.9 and have come accross a issue when i go to the back office and then modules and services i get this error

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :D:Program Files (x86)EasyPHP-Devserver-16.1eds-wwwprestashopmodulesavalarataxavalaratax.php:
