]]> The Prestashop Ticket System module has been upgraded! Customers can finally open tickets without being forced to register!

As I received plenty of requests (quite a lot really), I worked on the ticket system and re-coded part of it, so that you can finally allow guest tickets. Exactly, no more need for people to register, anyone can open a new ticket that can be followed as any other customer ticket, with email updated, etc.
