Codes working , but different files need to be edited. I am using 1.6.1.1.

The files I edited;
controllers / front / SearchController.php LINE: 65

themes / THEME_NAME / js / modules / blocksearch / blocksearch.js
or
modules / blocksearch / blocksearch-instantsearch.tpl

If its not working for you, try this before the foreach in the php search class:
if (!$context) {
$context = Context::getContext();
}
